That really depends on your current knowledge of hydrosols. It is a field that is growing quickly and new information is constantly being released on these waters. If you feel there may be gaps in your knowledge or you just want to learn from a new teacher’s perspective, what have you got to lose? You might even learn new recipes!
Will I need supplies to participate in this course?
If you wish to try the blending exercises and recipes then you will need hydrosols and containers. You may use your own supplies or purchase them as they are not included in this course. In the Resources section of this course, you will find an extensive list of where to buy everything you need to make the recipes provided.
